In Network
Gabrielle is an in-network acupuncture provider with most Cigna PPO insurance plans. Please provide your insurance information before your first appointment so we can verify your benefits.
You are responsible for payment at the time of your appointment, whether through insurance or cash pay.
Out-of-Network
Gabrielle is an out-of-network provider with most PPO plans. She can bill as an out-of-network provider for most other PPO insurance plans and provide superbills to those who want to submit directly. If your PPO plan covers acupuncture, she will bill your PPO plan, with the understanding that you may be responsible for full payment at the time of service. . Unfortunately, MediCal does not cover acupuncture services.
