Gabrielle is an out-of-network provider with PPO plans. She can bill as an out-of-network provider for most PPO insurance plans and provide superbills to those who want to submit directly.

If your PPO plan covers acupuncture, she will bill your PPO plan, with the understanding that you may be responsible for full payment at the time of service. Unfortunately, MediCal does not cover acupuncture services.
